The Brief
Crown Imperial is one of the largest manufacturers of kitchens and bedrooms in the UK. The company was started in 1946 with the first product being a crafted wooden toy car. Three generations later, Crown is still a family run company producing an amazing range of traditional & modern furniture.
The White Room was appointed to redesign the Crown Imperial corporate identity.
Corporate Identity
The White Room came across one of Crown’s first production cars; on this was the original company name and design. The crown symbol has been carried across into the new branding and now features as a central motive on the Crown Imperial logo design.
Brand Development
With lifestyle fashions changing faster than ever, Crown imperial have to keep their furniture range up to date. The branding has been developed to incorporate the mix of traditional and modern products. Below is a showroom portfolio; this plays a key roll in positioning Crown Imperial and the brand in kitchen retail showrooms.

Independent retailers have limited space for fitted showroom displays. This has also been supported by a set of Crown Point of Sale cards. These help promote the Crown brand within independent retail showrooms who sell furniture products.

The brand identity was used on several promotional Mini’s.
Communication
Consumer communication is very important. Crown Imperial invest in quality and production to present their ranges to the best. Each piece carries the Crown Imperial brand.
