As part of a full brand launch, we developed a complete brand identity for Mood Collections. As a new online retailer offering a range of handcrafted upholstered furniture, designer mirrors and stylish home décor, it was essential to position the brand correctly in order to help the company stand out from its competitors.
The most important starting point of any branding project, our creative team designed a logo that would position Mood Collections as a well-established company. Offering a classic yet modern feel through typography, brand colour and graphic style, the end result was a logo and brand direction that delivered an elegant confidence in quality.
As an online retailer, it was essential that the website was easy to use, fully responsive and inspirational. Working closely with the client and taking the company’s objectives into account, we created a fully bespoke e-commerce platform and Content Management System. The finished product is a sophisticated yet easy to navigate website that clearly introduces the brand and its selection of unique handcrafted furniture and home décor products.
A fundamental part of the Mood Collections brand launch was the social media and digital campaign. Our in-house creative department developed a number of inspirational photography roomsets where specially produced animations and visual content was shot and edited. This engaging and interactive content served to enhance the brand’s entire online presence and ensured Mood Collections stood out thanks to this creative visual content.
Social Media Campaign
In order to build on brand awareness before the launch, our digital team worked on a creative and captivating social media campaign. By amplifying the specially created content and running intelligent advertising and promotions, we were able to achieve over 5,000 Facebook page likes from a relevant audience in time for the website launch. This dedicated pre-launch campaign approach enabled us to influence the conversation between the brand and potential customers from an early stage.
Using the newly created brand identity, our design team worked with Mood Collections to roll out the branding across the entire company. From email marketing to packaging and even social media icons, a strong and consistent brand voice was adapted across all areas of marketing, helping to confidently showcase the brand and its product offering in its best light.
Lookbook for Interiors Press
As part of the PR campaign, our design department produced an inspirational lookbook to send to the press. Introducing the brand and using the newly produced lifestyle photography, the lookbook was also adapted for use as an internal brochure.
From inclusions within national online articles to full-page coverage in consumer interiors titles, the Mood Collections lifestyle photography and products have gained a fantastic level of coverage within key media.
Inspirational photography is one of the most important elements of any brand and campaign launch. In order to truly capture the essence of the Mood Collections brand, our in-house creative and photography department developed six full lifestyle sets to showcase different ‘Moods’. From moodboard creation to set build and editing, each and every element of the Mood Collections photography was developed by our talented studio team and was photographed in our individual studio spaces.
